About this piece
This piece is intended primarily as textile wall art. If displayed on the floor, regular or heavy foot traffic is not recommended.
Three leaves, blue, pink and green, overlap on a pale ground, drawn as flat, simplified shapes with the veins left as lines of contrasting yarn. Where they cross, the colors change, which gives a simple motif more to look at than its three-word description suggests. The close-up photographs show how each shape holds a crisp edge in the pile.
The rug measures 80 × 60 cm (31.5 × 23.6 in) and weighs 2.5 kg (5.5 lbs). Its backing does two jobs at once: attached loops for hanging and a non-slip finish to help keep it stable when displayed on the floor. The last photograph shows both. That makes this one of the easiest pieces in the catalog to reposition as textile wall art from room to room.
Each copy is tufted to order by hand. Acrylic yarn goes through a stretched textile base with a tufting gun, leaf by leaf, and the pile is sheared level; nothing about the surface is woven or printed. The material choice is practical as much as visual: acrylic holds color in daylight and needs only a lint roller and an occasional gentle vacuum, with professional cleaning kept for real accidents.
Because this design is made to order at $245, allow two to three weeks before it ships; delivery after that is free across the EU and to the US, with a tracking number. As with everything we tuft, the size is negotiable: the three leaves can grow to fit a larger wall or floor, and a quote takes a day once we know your measurements.
