If you hold a valid resale certificate, send it with your application and we keep it on file so tax comes off automatically from then on.

Fill out the form at the bottom. Give us the studio name and somewhere your work lives, a website or an Instagram does the job. You hear back inside one business day with a yes or a no, not a place in line. Nothing to pay, nothing to renew.

Yarn poms in whatever colors you are weighing ship in two to three business days at no charge. A woven swatch, four inches square in the exact color and pile height of the real thing, runs $25 and comes straight off your first order. You cover the postage. Two per designer, since each one gets stretched on a frame and tufted by hand like a small rug. Reach for the swatch when a client has to sign off on color, and the poms while you are still narrowing it down.

The studio turns out up to fifteen rugs at 33 × 33 in a month. That is a real ceiling, not a policy we could bend for a good project. Turnaround tracks the size, from three business days at 33 × 24 in to seventeen at 79 × 59 in, counted from when your piece enters the queue, not from the day you email. When a month is booked we tell you which one is open before you promise a date to a client.

Each piece ships with a tearsheet, photography at print resolution, and a plan-view PNG on transparent background that drops into a render as is. Ask any time, including before you have ordered anything, and it goes out the same day.

Catalog pieces go back within fourteen days, unused and in original condition, with return shipping on you. Commissions are not returnable for a change of mind, because you approve the color mockup first and the final photographs second, both before it leaves the studio. Anything that shows up damaged or defective: email photographs inside seven days and we repair it, replace it or refund it.
