Fifteen per cent off everything, catalogue pieces and commissions alike. There is no minimum order, no annual target and no tier that pays better once you have spent enough. The rate is the same on your first piece and your fortieth. Buyers in the United States with a valid resale certificate are not charged tax; send the certificate with your application and we file it once.

Use the form at the bottom of this page. Tell us the studio name and where your work can be seen, a site or an Instagram is enough. We answer within one business day, and the answer is a yes or a no rather than a queue. There is no fee and nothing to renew.

Yarn poms in the colours you are considering go out within two to three business days, free. A woven sample, ten by ten centimetres in the exact colour and pile height of the finished piece, costs €20 and comes off your first order in full. You pay the postage. Two per designer, because each one is set up on the frame by hand like a small rug. Order the woven sample when the colour has to be approved by a client, and the poms when you are still choosing.

The studio makes up to fifteen rugs of 84 × 84 cm a month, and that is the real ceiling rather than a policy. Lead time follows the size, from three working days for 84 × 60 cm to seventeen for 200 × 150 cm, counted from the moment your piece enters the queue rather than from the day you write. If the month is already full we tell you which month is not, before you commit anything to a client.

Every piece comes with a tearsheet, photographs at print resolution, and a plan-view PNG on a transparent background that drops straight into a render. Ask for them at any point, including before you order, and they arrive the same day.

Catalogue pieces can be returned within fourteen days, unused and in original condition, with return postage paid by you. Commissions cannot be returned for a change of mind, because you see and approve the colour mockup and then the final photographs before the piece ships. If anything arrives damaged or with a defect, write within seven days with photographs and we repair, replace or refund.
